The property is available for outdoor events and includes the front and back yards and the front porch.The yard is 3/4 of an acre and has 7' high wood privacy fencing.
There are several pergolas and arbors in the back yard that create perfect backdrops for wedding ceremonies and photography.
Pricing for outdoor events including day-of coordination:
Up to 25 guests: $1,500
Up to 50 guests: $1,800
Up to 75 guests: $2,100
Up to 120 guests: $2,500
Additional event services are also available and include set up of tables and chairs, floral decoration of arbors or front porch, cakes, music and photography.
Outdoor events must end by 10 PM.
