Outdoor Event Additional Services
Pricing for use of outdoor areas and porch including day-of coordinator:
Up to 25 guests: $1,500
Up to 50 guests: $1,800
Up to 75 guests: $2,100
Up to 120 guests: $2,500
Added Services:
Indoor photo sessions - use of downstairs rooms for professional photography while house is rented - $200
Valet parking – required when reserving for more than 25 guests - $50/hour for up to 50 guests,
$100/hour for up to 120 guests
Set up and take down tables with tablecloths and chairs (does not include rental fees and pickup and return)
-For up to 25 guests: $150
-For up to 50 guests: $250
-For up to 120 guests: $400
Decoration
Large Victorian-style cast iron pedestals & urns planted with florals: $250 each; maximum of 8 available; can be set up on both sides of outdoor aisle or on both sides of sidewalk to house or as preferred)
Decoration of arbors in yard: $250 for small arbors 7’ wide. There are three small arbors in the back yard; $500 for large arbor 24’ wide
Decoration of entry hall and staircase with a mix of artificial greenery and cut flowers for photography: $450
Decoration of front porch for ceremonies: $500
Floral decoration for tables to include fresh cuts and greenery: $75 per table
Rental of outdoor 4’ x 50’ white carpet aisle runner: $75
Other floral decorations provided upon request.
Hairstyling for bride and attendants – from $150 and up for bride and $80 and up for attendants
Makeup for bride and attendants - $100 and up for bride and $60 and up for attendants
Other Services
We are happy to assist with obtaining other services, such as caterers, bartenders, servers, musicians, and DJ. We can also help with rental of other items such as tents, dance floors, fans, and misters.
